How to claim your Viamericas shipment at Chedraui shops?

• If you do not have a CARTERA DINAMICA card, request a CARTERA DINAMICA card at the Customer Service area of the Chedraui shop (there is no charge).
• Present your CARTERA DINAMICA card and your VIAMERICAS shipment details at the Customer Service area of the shop to have the money credited to your card.
• Proceed to the shop's cash registers to withdraw (in full or in part) the funds you received (there is no charge).

There is NO additional cost for applying for the card or withdrawing funds!
